All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment. Orders placed on Friday or in the weekend will be shipped on Monday. When your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking code. With this code it is possible to track where your package is on the route.
All listed prices include all applicable taxes and duties. Customers within the European Union do not have to pay customs duties or local taxes. Orders that are shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
When the package is delivered by the courier the recipient needs to sign for acceptance.
You can return products within 14 days and we will give a full refund for the products. Batteries can only be returned when the package is unopened.

When you are not sure how to pack the product for return, use the original box used to ship the product to you.
We will refund the amount paid for the product within 14 days after we have received the returned product. When the returned product looks damaged or is incomplete we are allowed to deduct the cost of restoring the product of the amount we will return.
We offer three years of full warranty on all Maha Powerex chargers. The warranty period of batteries is limited to one year. All rechargeable batteries have a limited lifetime of 1000 - 1500 full charges.
When you have a broken product contact us and we will make sure you have a working product within 10 days (excluding shipping time). Sometimes we have to ask you to ship the product back to our warehouse in The Netherlands, in which you are responsible to take care of the shipping. When the product breaks down within 14 days after you received it we will reimburse the shipping cost.

Abused products will not be fixed or replaced under warranty. When a properly functioning product is returned under warranty, the customer is responsible for all costs involved checking and returning the product.
